A Brazillian odd-eyed cop working in North America. He is rather sensitive, but he tries to be an outgoing party animal type of guy. Even so, he is actually very serious, and will show it when he needs to.
When we meet him in game, he's been assigned to the same case as Mortensen's group, causing a bit of conflict.
He is brought back into play by Mortensen during the last case of the game, however, and follows our main characters to their endgame.
(defensive) Look, it's not my fault that my boss told me to come here, okay? My boss is a dick. He probably knew someone else was already on this case and just wanted to piss me off.
(happy shouting) Let's get this party started! (normal) Who is it we're tracking down?
(terrified) What in the Hell IS that thing?! THAT'S what we're after?!
