Papyrus' voice is tricky for a lot of people - most people do a sort of Skeletor voice, and it's tricky to pull off that kind of high-pitched skeleton nasality. You seemed to be doing fine putting the voice in a place where it wouldn't hurt to talk for extended periods of time, thankfully. However, you're losing some diction in the singing part.
