Oćeane is an Alpha, which makes her an important authoritative figure. She outranks both Leo and Al. Oćeane is very serious about her work, and tries to encourage Leo to do the same. Even though Oćeane seems cold-hearted and serious, she acts very protective and worried over what Leo is doing, especially when he is going against his duty as a Reaper.
