El'kisu is the leader of the Nether Protection Force, a group of Nether Dwellers that banded together to survive and live as peaceful a life as they can in there.

He's the descendant of the Hero of the Nether, El'dar, and as a result is fairly powerful, and has a strange ideology. 

He shouldn't sound like a monster per say, but just quite manly, and somewhat heroic, but his voice could have an evil tone to it, but it's not needed.
