He is a mechanic in old north Vegas. A fisherman named Jean tells the player that she knows a guy who has information for the player about a crime boss named Tramback. This is the guy with that info. He starts out happy, jovial, and a little obnoxious, but becomes very serious when you mention Tramback.
Hey, how is Jean by the way? Ya know, she has this really neat trick where she takes hold of your... (character named Ralph interjects: Hey, watch it there, asshole. I used to be married to her.) Roger replies: Then you know what I'm talking about. Eh?
Anyway, what was it you needed? Oh yeah, you needed info on... wait... Did you say Tramback? Have you lost your fucking mind?
Yeah, good luck with that. Look, if you're so dead set on going after Tramback, by all means, be my guest. It's your funeral. I'm not going to just give you this information for nothing, though. There's this goddamn hobo going around town harassing people. Disgusting freak will walk right up to random people and start jacking it, or he'll smear shit in their face. You believe that shit? Now, I'd tell you what you need to do, but I think it's pretty fucking obvious.
