If you have access to Photoshop all you nee to do is edit the pictures so that they do not have black boarders around them and a transparent background.  This will help a lot with making the videos faster!

this is really close. they only thing I would ask is that there would be no border at all in the after like you did remove the black from the border but on the outline. I will try to send you an example.
