The main antagonist. Keeps seemingly coming back from the dead throughout the entire series.
Has quite a gruff voice, quite psychopathic.
He origionally intended to break one of the main characters mentally (Tilith), but in the process of spying on her and capturing her, he falls into an obsessive love with her. He'll do anything to keep her with him.
