Is an extra character that is needed for a scene at the beginning of the show  where Scarlett got a test to prove she is fit for royalty and  to earn the rights to enter  the magical dimension 

Sam is a  student  who refuses to follow in his brothers and sisters  footsteps and is a disappoint to his family Scarlett must teach him there more to life and that he must follow his dreams  and shows him that he can do  both what he loves and what his parents want him to do 

Sam Personality:  Bad boy always getting into mischief seen as the brute as he is always impolite and Loves pranking people but deep down he is Very creative and artistic
