Well it's a very breif Cameo, I don't really know too much about his Character. Look him up on Google.
(Voice Type) Make him sound like a martial arts Japanese asian man in his mid to late 30's.
(Screams in pain, after Sonic just Jump Kicked him) OUGHPH!!!
