Amalia's Brother and acting ruler of the Sadida while the king is away. He is an arrogant man and believed the warning about Nox from his sister was nothing but her own imagination. He is attracted to Evangelyne, something that creeps her out and causes Percedal to become jealous. Armand also appears to have a racist view towards Iops, often insulting them. He is known to have very bad breath, a subject he is very touchy about, though is well known to the Sadida. Despite all this, however, it is shown he truly does care for his little sister.
