Fumiaki Hosokawa, the Qualified Youth Parody Artist... he's... ok he's the meme character alright?! Ugh... I mean... he's a good character... he's just a bit much at times. He claims that his parodies have gotten mainstream, and even one ended up becoming more popular than the original! And... he believes he's also underappreciated, and that his community needs to be boosted.
Fumiaki's voice... I'd say is something pretty... memeable. No set DR character voice expectations, but I hope you guys come up with something great!
