-Donovan Porcelain is the mayor of New Pork City. He can be rather lazy and careless. He is the kind of person who prefers to take the most convenient approach to a problem, whether it be good or bad. In short, he always looks for the easiest way out.
This role is relatively minor, so I don't have any real preferences on what kind of voice he has.
"Ultimate Heroes for Hire, the Pisa Mafia has just undergone a heist and has stolen over 5 million dollars. We need you to take them down."
