Karn is Julian's assigned squad leader.  When they first meet Karn had already been in one battle and fought to protect his town. Julian and Karn do not get along very well and have their fair share of differences.  This role is mainly presented through the first two hours of the game.

  • You don't understand what real battle is like. It's scarier than anything you'll ever experience in your life. And no matter who you are, you can NEVER be prepared.

  • If you swing a fist at me once more, it'll be the last time you have a hand.

  • You didn't listen to me. Not when I told you to be scared, and not when I told you to not be scared. And now, your gonna pay.
