The main villain of the show.
He is a very radioactive and dangerous element, and he prides himself on it, however, he is a very goofy/funny villain, likes to crack jokes!
While he is the main villain, he has his very rare moments of being "nice". Francium also has this weird trait where he died every 22 minute and resurrect at the same spot.
His voice is deep with a fun, french accent, it's kind of raspy and he is supposed to sound quite fun in general, he shifts mood very easily because he's unstable like his element! He replaces some words with french ones.
“Now now, fille! No need to scream! It’s not long until you die!!...Any minute now…”
“Holy shit this is far past your due date…” he growls
“You know, I could kill you in other ways besides my radioactivity, right here and right now! Buuuut I have a thing for messing with my pray, like a kitty cat~... So, ma fille chérie, how about we play a little game? Hmmm?~”
“Whyyy...You’ve just made a GRAVE MISTAKE!!!” laughing viciously “HAAHAH!!”
