Once loyal to the UNSC and after hearing that some close friends had an untimely demise on the mission at the covenant spire. Specter knew it was time to peruse a different career. He/She now remains on Reach salvaging as much as he/she can alongside a few other rogue Spartans as well. But once she heard from one of her spies that the Marine who lead the spire mission is somehow still alive and that there is a bounty on his head. He/She will not pass on this opportunity for payback.
