Turkey's Terrific Teaching Barnyard
Hestia042 for Beatrice
Beatrice is one of Chauncey's wives and is a hen who is bawdy, insulting, fowl-mouthed, rude, and prone to pointing out everyone's flaws and how they could have avoided some things. After being sick of Andrea's babbling, Beatrice is the next to talk. She represents Anger.
*Dumbfounded* "Chauncey's Treasure???" "Ba hahaha!" "That's a tall glass of sugar honey iced tea."
*Angry and frustrated tone* "If Chauncey hadn't been such a pluckin' idiot! He would've gone to the Old Horse for help and none of this would be happening right now!"
*Annoyed* "Oh for goodness sake Andrea, your kids' are gonna' learn that word someday! You can't keep smothering 'em forever!"
Liking your second take a lot, love your "mama voice", seeing how she is a mom after all! Though it's "Chawn-see", not "Chawn-a-see". Aiming for that kind of bawdiness and frustration, she definitely uses anger to cope with loss. Her retort for "that's a load of sugar honey iced tea" should sound more crabby like you think the idea of Chauncey, a regular rooster, having a treasure is utterly stupid. Regardless, keep it up!
