A noble born to House Cornwell, she was taken in by Count Caerleon of Etruria after her house was destroyed by Ostia. She was separated from her older brother and has been looking for him ever since. After hearing rumors that her brother was seen, she runs off to find him, only to be held hostage by Darin; a marquees who wishes to marry her. She is rescued by Eliwood and joins him in the hopes of finding her brother.
Priscilla is a kind-spirit who who displays utmost politeness and manners toward all (AKA be the complete opposite of Serra).
