These people need the following:

1. Discord with video and audio chat

2. Previous experience in art and a link to any work you have done in the comic/manga style

3. Knows a few different styles and can work with both black/white or color

4. A list of what programs you use

5. The ability to collect all the art the others artists draw and post it on DeviantArt 

6. Finally, when a chapter is complete, send it all together to the video editor to put together into a dub. 

7. I also recommend you to be the one to send the art to the discord art channel where we can view pages before posting. Remember that all art must be approved by me and the co-director first though it will most likely will be lovely  :D
