Lacey Dreyar is the eldest daughter of Laxus Dreyar and Freed Justine and is also the older sister and wing-woman of her baby brother Wynter. She is an S-Class powerhouse and has been dubbed the 'Eclipsed Goddess' due to her power. Lacey was adopted by Laxus when she was a mere infant; She was found by him when he was out on work to stop a dark guild who were trafficking children through cargo ships in and out of Bosco. He saved her and after discovering she was an orphan, took her in as his own. He raised her alongside the the Thunder Legion and taught her about magic. She was originally a card magician until she had a fateful encounter with Princess Hisue. The two talked and Lacey learned about the celestial world and even got to meet the spirits. Hisue saw potential in the girl and gifted her the Closure Keys, the same ones used back in the Eclipse Gate takedown. The keys had since morphed into corrupted versions of the Zodiac. Hisue trusted Lacey to guide the eclipsed spirits souls and show them that humans and bonds really arent so bad after all.  Lacey has a strong will and is as persuasive as she is cunning and ruthless.
