He is demanding, angry, defensive, and plain mean to everyone he comes with contact with, except for Fantasia (his creation, just like how Warren and Mike created Tori.)  I WOULD RECOMMEND A KING JOFFERY SOUNDING (FROM GAME OF THRONES)/ SPOILED ROTTEN VOICE FOR THIS CHARACTER. 

(This is a pretty HARD part to get, just make sure to put a lot of emotion into it!)
