He is an insane being, he wants to destroy the elements purely for his own amusement and curiousity.
He is aware of all the different reactions between elements and wants to see them happen with the real beings, as mentioned before, for his own amusement.
He has a raspy, high pitched and creepy voice, he laughs and giggles a lot, and has a lot of insanity ticks.
