ChiefJerky for Orbot
Orbot speaks up as the voice of reason in this minor role. Substantially smarter than Cubot, Orbot often questions Eggman's motives and will take every opportunity he can to criticize his boss. For Orbot's voice I imagine something much more classy in contrast to Cubot's voice. A subtle robotic filter on the voice could also serve well.
"Sir, if I may interject. Aren't you afraid that the one percent you spared out of utter laziness might revolt and try to reclaim their land?"
"Hmm... it appears that the boss is in a rather bad mood. Another plan failed I'm assuming?"
"With all due respect, why did you place your ultimate weapon inside of a tube? And more importantly, can he even breathe in that thing?"

Lol, it kind of turned out that way, didn't it. I went with the accent on a whim, it probably came out like 3P0 subconsciously, since I was super into Star Wars when I was younger.
I can do this voice with or without this accent, if you guys have a preference one way or the other.
