I am a beginner upcoming voice actor and do have my own space which I do recording which I am slowly upgrading to max quality! I do use CapCut as a editing software, but only to minimize background/suppression noises.

I use a Fifine Microphone w/ a pop filter. I have a full gaming tower so if needed to hop into any games I will have no issue whatsoever!
