Shinn Gutierrez is an outstanding voice actor with a range of capabilities befitting one that may become a professional in the future. He works hard to collaborate with others, offers ideas and assistance when needed, and even helps coach other voice actors in both va'ing and singing. He enjoys helping wherever he can.
He would be a great addition to any cast. The only negatives I've noticed while working with Shinn are that he's not tolerant of prideful or confident people, and he only submits his voice reels when others do it first (even if its past the deadline).
