As the president and CEO of a radio station for over 17 years, I have successfully developed and implemented programs and features that cater to the needs and preferences of our diverse and loyal audience. I have also planned and scheduled programming and event coverage, based on broadcast length, time availability, and other factors, such as community needs, ratings data, and viewer demographics.

With a BBA from UC Berkeley and extensive experience in sales operations and management, I have also overseen the financial and administrative aspects of the radio station, ensuring that we remain within budgetary limits and comply with industry standards and regulations. I have also supervised and coordinated the activities of our talented and dedicated staff, providing them with training, feedback, and support. My mission is to lead the radio station with innovation and growth, while delivering excellent customer service and quality content.
