Tonnks is an amazing artist with a ton of potential. Even though the project isn't completed in full yet, she has been friendly, open to change, and has displayed an incredible amount of professionalism. I would recommend Tonnks as a background and/or character artist to anybody working on a visual novel or a game needing backgrounds.
