Negotiable. Do work for free but Payment could be considered as compensation if something happens to to project i.e it get's cancelled or put on hiatus. 

Prefer to voice for animations, video games, audio stories. I do have the right to turn you down if the pitch or the project is not to my interests. I also want full details of the project, role and whoever is involved. 

Also if I work for you I want to work for people who actually commit to the project. I have voiced for many projects that went nowhere, either put on hiatus, cancelled or long development times making me feel like all the effort I put into my voiceover work was for nothing. But I will understand if the reasoning makes sense.
