@jaycarubTheatre-trained actor turned voice artist; bringing dramatic depth and entrepreneurial savvy to every performance. Rowan University alum with stage credits including Scrooge, Gaston, and Judge Harper; now channeling a lifelong passion for storytelling into VO work.
A theatre-trained performer with a Radio, Television & Film degree and theatre skills from Rowan University, I cut my teeth on stage in roles like Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, and Judge Harper in Miracle on 34th Street; along with extensive video production and scene work that sharpened my craft and love for character-driven storytelling.
Now, I'm channeling that experience into voice acting, with a focus on roles across animation, video games, audiobooks, tabletop actual play, and more (the sky is the limit).
What sets me apart is the well-rounded background I bring to every project. My entrepreneurial background spanning business, video production, and music, means I understand what it takes to bring a creative vision to life from concept to completion. Whether I'm behind the mic or supporting fellow artists in their own work, I show up with the same dedication, purpose, and passion to deliver.
I learned the fundamentals of Theatre & Dance during my first year as an undergrad at Rowan University.
I learned how to critically appreciate stage and other dramatic media to sharpen my aesthetic judgment.
I learned the fundamentals of acting via scene work, playing various characters from popular TV shows, movies, and plays to bring characters to life in a blackbox theatre.
I learned theatre from the world stage and how different cultures have impacted the performing arts throughout generations.
Negotiable at this stage
I'm open to a wide palette of VO work at this stage; however, I enjoy character work the most. Delving into the mind of a character to bring it's voice to life is a passion of mine.
