Christal
My name is Chrissy Ellis, and before I ever understood what voice acting was as a profession, I understood what it felt like. It felt like magic. It felt like connection. It felt like watching a character on screen and somehow believing they were real because of the life poured into them through a voice.
My dream of becoming a voice actor began when I was seven years old watching avatar the last airbender. I just knew that the characters felt alive in a way I had never experienced before. The voices were Ang's playful innocence. Katara’s emotional strength. Zuko’s anger and inner conflict discovering truth and experiencing the world. . Each character had such a distinct personality, and it wasn’t just because of the animation — it was because of the voices behind them. The tone shifts, the pauses, the way emotion cracked through certain lines — it all made the story deeper. I remember sitting in front of the TV completely immersed, replaying scenes in my head long after the episode ended. I would mimic lines, trying to match the emotion. I would imagine myself as a character in that world. That was the moment my interest was truly sparked.
I am a passionate young voice actress dedicated to expanding representation within the voice acting community as a proud Black woman. I would love to work with projects that tell amazing stories and be apart of a team that feels like a family with one goal, that making a story come to life.
I am willing to work with any price range and discussing your budget I am not picky just loving voice acting.
