Marv is a friend of Charlie's who is known as the "Idea Man." Marv is very charismatic, eccentric and untrustworthy. His ideas, however, are usually dismissed as he's known to get people into trouble. He's always looking for a way to make money or build himself up in the world. One day, he'll want to be a business mogul and try to invest in an invention, the next he wants to be a whale tamer to be able to brew the most endearing perfume. (Similar to Kramer from "Seinfeld")
