The ruthless leader of the Foot Clan and sworn enemy of the Ninja Turtles. He's cold, vicious, and completely devoid of scruples. His clan have stolen technology needed to create a portal to return to his world, but also plans to use it to conquer both their universes with the assistance of Penguin's finances and eventually the League of Assassins and their leader.
