About Rad Shiba

Rad Shiba is a dog who "works" part time at VA-11 Hall-A, although most of the time he's treated as a patron. What else can I really say about him? He's a rad dog. Also, he doesn't show up very often at all, so I consider him minor. 

Voice

I'm really not sure what I want for the dogs. Maybe a medium to medium-high eccentric voice could work? Other than that, feel free to try anything! Since there's no real canon voices for them, there aren't any limits!
