Emil comes up in multiple comics as a side-character.
In the Mafia AU series, Emil is a gangster who works under JJ and is often walking alongside Michele, his more hotheaded companion.
His voice actor in the English dub is Justin Briner, but a higher male voice that fits to his cheerful demeanor works just fine. He does come from the Czech Republic, meaning he should have an accent of sorts, but for the sake of everyone's sanity, a more German or Polish-leaning accent works just fine.
