I am an apiring indie producer, looking for people to join my studio. Due to limiting budgeting payment is based on the merch sales and money made from views. I understand if that's a deal breaker. Here is what we pay each role:

• Animators will likely get 40% (separate 3D model artists will get around 5-10% of the 40%, depending on the amount of work they do for the series)

• Other Artists (Character design/concept artists, Background Artist, Storyboard artist, etc.) will receive a portion of 20% of the total profit, depending on the success of the series and the work they do for the series.

• Script writers/editors will receive 5-10% depending on the word count and the detail of the script

• While the music composers will get 10% for songwriting and music composing

• Animation Production Coordinators will get 10%
