Project Overview
While moving houses, Brant accidentally moves to another world. After meeting up with the mysterious Meydinyör, the two make a deal: for Meydinyör to help Brant get back to his world, and for Brant to teach Meydinyör the way of the sword (or at least, what he remembers from his fencing classes). As the two travel and meet the residents in the land of Hulm, they are forced to deal with the consequences of their own actions, all the while learning about the true power of stabbing people with pointy bits of metal.
There are many parts! Feel free to try out even if you've never voice acted before. The pay is $30 each episode for main parts, and $5-$10 each episode for minor characters. There's a high chance we'll hire you again for multiple minor characters! The podcast logo is cool as heck but still in the works, so here's a little ai-colored snip. Each episode is 15 minutes.
Oh, and if you’re homophobic, this is absolutely not the podcast for you.

Gilfen, Maldis, and Pal Auditions CLOSED!
Hey there once more! It's ya boy, Sin, back with some more news about the auditions. As mentioned in the previous post, the auditions for Gilfen, Maldis, and Pal are now officially CLOSED! Due to the high number to applicants, we have also been on the call for listening to all the applicants. Thanks to that, we are now proud to announce @beckett as Maldis, @hollyleaf81 as Pal, and @kyle wallace as Gilfen! All other auditions will be open until Friday next week (July 31)! Welcome and Early Deadlines
Hey everyone! Sin here once again with an update, letting you all know what's going on in the Hulm brain center! (Nothing. No thoughts, brain empty) First of all, as mentioned in the previous post, we've started to reach out to people we think would be a good fit for the team already. We've been keeping an eye on the auditions as they've grown, but for now, we'd like to announce two new members of our production team! A HUGE thank you to everyone who applied for the roles of Audio Editor and Music Composer. The competition was tough, and we spent pretty much the entire time crying while we sorted through the frankly HUGE catalogue of amazing works everyone submitted. However, in the end, we were able to choose someone, and so without further ado, I'd like to give a big, warm welcome to @KingCole and @Telestic for joining our team as Audio Editor and Music Composer respectively! *cheering, and other noises cause this is a written post that doesn't have audio* That leads to my second announcement, and that is that we will be closing the auditions for Gilfen, Maldis, and Pal early. The fact of the matter is that we have over 50 auditions for Gilfen (understandably, he is an Icon), and a lot of them are really, really good. Like incredibly good. Like oh my god he sounds exactly like I imagined him good. Same for Maldis and Pal. For those who still wish to audition for those roles though, you still have a little time. We're planning on closing their auditions on JULY 21, 7PM EST. If my maths is correct (god I hope it's correct) then that should be in about 3 days time. Good luck! Okay, that has been all from me. Hello! And Also Audition Response Times
Hello! Sinfuego, co-creator of Hulm here. I'd like to first just take this opportunity to say thank you everyone who has auditioned so far! We already have over 100 separate auditions to file through on our first day, which was a lot more than the seven we were hoping for. At least five times as many. Maybe six. I don't know I'm a word person, not a maths person. I barely learned how to read a clock, let alone my multiplication tables. Speaking of time, let's use that to segue into the meat of this message: when to expect a response for your audition. As you may have noticed, the deadline is July 30th for auditions. The deadline is not changing, so feel free to take your time if you still would like to audition. However, we do plan to start reaching out to people around mid-July, just to get to know potential VA's a little better before making a decision. TL;DR - Deadline is still July 30, and if you've already auditioned, you may be contacted mid-July for an update/chat. Once again, thank you so much for your interest! We look forward to hearing more from you all!
