Hi, I'm Twiggy Shei. I've spent a lot of my life wanting to get into voice acting, but wasn't sure how to get started for the longest time. Recently, I've started to invest a bit ore time and effort into that dream, and began taking steps to make it a reality. Comedy, drama, voiceover for commercials, I'll take it in stride and put my best foot forward for just about any role imaginable. Vocal exercises and simple practice have given me a wide range of character archetypes and tones that I can use to portray different personalities, and I spend hours each day talking to myself like an idiot to make sure that I can put raw feeling and emotion into lines even if I'm just reading them off of a script. Although I may not look like it, I'm Hispanic, and thus, am fluent in Spanish, and know a little bit of Japanese (my peers have told me that I nail the pronunciation), so if you're looking for someone who can speak another language, look no further!

I'm a beginner VA, 17, who has had a few minor roles in school play productions with much positive feedback, as well as practice that I haven't been able to put to much use. I can do a Cockney British accent(can do a mid-Cockney or strong Cockney, can't do Posh), a General American accent, or a stereotypical Southern/Texan. I can't do strongly masculine or strongly feminine voices, my regular voice is typically androg to masc sounding. I do not currently have great audio equipment but hoping to fix that very soon. If looking for writing, I'm good as an editor/beta reader, and tend to be good with bouncing ideas off of other people so writers meetings are a good way to get ideas flowing for me. Also if you need help with writing gay and/or autistic male characters I can help with that, too, I'm very experienced.
