Popper J. Penguin is one of the main three in the series, rendering him one of the most important assets of the whole series. He has a bubbly but some of deep voice. He loves to go on adventures solving crime and the supernatural all over the city of BlackTopp. Another one of his favorite things to do is sing, play the accordion and do random things with his younger brother (Stevie) all other BlackTopp and mess with people.
(Yelling in a panicked voice) ARE THE GERMANS BACK?!

This one gives me some anime vibes ngl. Which isn't a bad thing, I actually think it may be a good thing. The voice can be a tad loony-er/cartoonish and a bit higher, but other than that it's great
