Popper J. Penguin is one of the main three in the series, rendering him one of the most important assets of the whole series. He has a bubbly but some of deep voice. He loves to go on adventures solving crime and the supernatural all over the city of BlackTopp. Another one of his favorite things to do is sing, play the accordion and do random things with his younger brother (Stevie) all other BlackTopp and mess with people.
(Yelling in a panicked voice) ARE THE GERMANS BACK?!
You're right, Stevie! As long as we have that little handheld, war starting handy dandy hammer machine, things are gunna be all right!
Oh it just something that I've been working on in the lab! Its a helmet that makes everything you do Politically Correct! And for someone like you, Gordon it's a MUST have!

Thank you for auditioning. I did really like this one but the English accent really isn't working for me. When I say English you can just talk in your normal voice. The voice should also be a tad higher but other than that its great. Also, Stevie isn't Steve, pretend it's Stevey or something
