Dratini is a Dragon type Pokémon that is a pseudo-legendary Pokémon. It can shed its skin if it meets a status problem. Was originally a mythical Pokémon, until a small colony was found underwater. Dratini would speak in a very high young male voice. I listed"female" because I thought it would be impossible to cast a male voice actor for this.
Dragonair is the evolved form of Dratini. It is a gentle Pokémon. It can extend its wings to fly. This Pokémon would talk in a more mature child voice compared to Dratini which talks in a really high voice.
Dratini: Don't let my size fool you. I'm still a pseudo-legendary Pokémon!
Dragonair: Everything seems safe now. The storm is over. I must return back to my home.
Are you able to make the voice higher? Because they have really high voices.
I'll try, but with male voices it's a bit trickier to do since it needs to sound young but not feminine.
