We're all familiar with the distinctly underpaying, short tempered, Spider-Man hating publisher of The Daily Bugle it shouldn't be too hard to channel. The second and third act of our pilot take place after Norman purchased half of the Bugle's shares and threatened Jameson's loved ones so you could say these aren't typical days for "Jolly" Jonah. Jameson won't have that many lines in the pilot but his role will be more prominent in part II.

As far as influences go the 90's show, J. K. Simmons and especially the spectacular show are good influences.

Great audition I'd like to hear a little of Jonah in other situations just to ensure performance range but I'm seriously considering this.

I'll do that when I get home! What direction would you like me to take?

Something outside the typical bugle scene maybe he's talking with his current wife Marla or bragging about his astronaut son John or a villains holding him hostage or in a rare moment he admits to himself his hatred of spider-man is rooted in jealousy.

I have about half the audio recordings most of them are in good shape but some files have multiple lines that could be seperated. I'll send you your lines for the pilot in day or two there are two lines the second is optional as improv is fine.

Ok here's your lines for the pilot as I've said Jonah's role in second episode would be more substantial. Basically in the pilot Peter approaches Jameson as he's looking for Norman who bought half the Bugle a month ago. You don't have to adhere to the lines exactly this is really just the gist I didn't put much personality in it. "He left this morning handed me back full control of the paper said he'd found a much grander game to play and none of us are in it. Now if you excuse me I have a paper to run."
