Project Overview

Hi my name's Ryan I am the showrunner for a fan made two part animated Spider-Man mini-series set in the MC2 universe titled The End of Spider-Man we are looking for voice actors to handle some roles. This mini-series is meant to bridge a future Spider-Man and Spider-Girl show.


Our pilot is titled the Rescue it's the story of how Spider-Man's baby daughter was kidnapped at the hospital then rescued and returned months later to her parents by a degenerate clone of Spider-Man named Kaine.

Right now we are looking for people to voice characters in the pilot as we've cast several characters we are adding some other roles that will appear in the pilot.

An African-American In his fifties or so Robbie is the father of Rand and husband of Martha Robertson. Robbie is an editor at the Daily Bugle and J Jonah Jameson's best friend. Robbie is sharp he knows Peter is Spider-Man and often hints his knowledge to Peter in conversation but never explicitly indicates it. In the pilot he's on vacation in Greece with his wife the trip being an excuse to investigate some of Norman Osborn's illegal activities.

  • I'll be right with you, dear. I just have to... er... check up on our dinner reservations.

  • (Robbie's Thoughts) Of all the blasted luck! That's the very boat I came to investigate. Is it only a coincidence that it exploded, or is Osborn somehow-eh?

  • Peter I was following a lead on Osborn when a yacht exploded. The woman on board Allison Mongrain survived and I tracked her down. After what happened she was all too eager to answer my questions. Peter your baby girl's alive!

In our pilot Elan is a four year old French girl the child of Philippe DeJunae a member of Norman Osborn's Order of the Goblin. In the comics Elan grew up to become a Spider-Girl villain called Fury The Goblin Queen Norman also set up some weird sort of child marriage or engagement thing between her and his grandson Normie because he's that kind of a person.

Mongrain is rather skinny and weak looking the art depicting her tends to be a little inconsistant so it's    bit hard to tell her age though not evil in herself at the beggining of our pilot she is morally corrupt enough to slip a labor inducing compound into MJ's coffee and steal her newborn daughter from the hospital and trick her parents and the hospital staff into thinking it a misscarriage as she was paid to by Norman Osborn. In the months that pass though looking after the child made her heart thaw and after being betrayed by Norman and his employees she wanted the parents to know what happened.

  • Is there any way I could accompany you? I've grown rather attached to...

  • I...I don't understand why those men tried to kill me. I...I did everything just like I was told.

We're all familiar with the distinctly underpaying, short tempered, Spider-Man hating publisher of The Daily Bugle it shouldn't be too hard to channel. The second and third act of our pilot take place after Norman purchased half of the Bugle's shares and threatened Jameson's loved ones so you could say these aren't typical days for "Jolly" Jonah. Jameson won't have that many lines in the pilot but his role will be more prominent in part II.

As far as influences go the 90's show, J. K. Simmons and especially the spectacular show are good influences.

Liz was a classmate of Peter's in high school she was the most popular girl in school and her parents were wealthy but life wasn't easy for her. Her stepbrother Mark Raxton became The Molten Man and the man she married and had a child with Harry Osborn followed in his father's footsteps as The Green Goblin which led to his death.

Now a widow Liz has been juggling running Oscorp and raising her son Normie and dating Foggy Nelson the law partner/best friend of Matt Murdock/Daredevil the situation has grown much more strained recently as Norman Osborn has come back from the dead bringing misery and chaos into everyone's lives.

  • It's so nice to see you again Peter! How's Mary Jane? Foggy and I were actually hoping to get in touch with you soon I've been so busy at Oscorp lately that I was hoping you two could babysit now and then.

  • I don't know why you would want to see him he's gone said I could have Normie and Oscorp they were no longer relevant. Good riddance I say before I thought he would have gotten rid of me if I got between him and Normie.

Glory Grant Gender Female Status Open
A former model Glory is a somewhat minor character in the Spider-Man narrative she's a young african american woman that used to live down the hall in Peter's apartment building. There isn't that rich a body of material to base her personality on but for most of her history she served as one of only three women who have ever held on to the job as one of J Jonah Jameson's secretaries which requires not only a great deal of efficiency but significant social skills very few people can get on Jonah's good side and Glory seems to have great ease in that department.

  • "Hey everybody I just got a postcard from Joe and Martha Robertson!"

  • "According to this they are having a great time they're in Greece now."

  • "They've already touched Attica and Athens, and are headed for the island of Euboea which is somewhere in the Aegean Sea."

Martha is the wife of "Robbie Robertson" an editor at the Daily Bugle the African American couple are in their fifties or so and are the parents of Rand Robertson a man about Peter's age. In the pilot she and her husband are on a vacation in Greece and she i unaware that her husband planned the trip in order to investigate a lead on Osborn's criminal activities.

  • Maybe I should have also sent a card to Norman Osborn...

  • Exactly! If it weren't for him, you'd still be stressing out in that miserable job, instead of relaxing on this beautiful coastline. Come join me, Joe! This view is breathtaking...
