Drowzee is a Psychic-type Pokémon. It can send people to sleep and feast on their dreams. Drowzee would speak in a sultry voice with a Transylvanian accent (or something similar to it).
Hypno is the evolution of Drowzee. Its able to put people to sleep with its pendulum. Just like Drowzee, it can eat peoples dreams when it gets hungry. Hypno would sound just like Drowzee, it would just be given different lines.
Drowzee: Now... you will soon fall asleep as soon as I snap. Your dreams will be delicious.
Hypno: I am an expert at hypnotism. Not only do they fall asleep. I can also make them say what I want.
I think this was pretty good, although the volume could be turned up a bit.
