Yama Short Flim Voice Actors Needed
Project Overview
Hello everyone!!! This is a casting call for our new animated short film call Yama. The film will be 2 minutes long with 3 main characters and 2 extra characters. Yama is a Japanese anime inspired short flim, following our brave protagonist Cael, who partakes on a dangerous quest to climb up a treacherous snowy mountain, to avenge his dead wife Zara, who was killed by a mysterious evil siren woman. Cael has an intense flashback of his deceased wife throughout the duration of the film.
We already have a full team of talented animators put together. The finished project will be submitted to various short film festivals throughout Canda and America.
Requirements:
- You must be fully committed to this project. Since the animation will take some time to make. Do not audition if you are not willing to be part of the project.
- Have a decent microphone with no background noise at all.
- You must have a discord so will be able to communicate with you. No exceptions
Deadline for submissions will be October 23rd.

For Zara. We are looking for someone who is Preferably BIPOC, but anyone is open to audition. Zara is significant flashback character in the short film.
Zara is a tall black woman with long hair. she is loving, caring, and a stay-at-home wife. All she wants to do is live a peaceful life and support her husband Cael.

The Siren is the main Antagonist of the short film. She is responsible for killing Zara. The Siren is a tall woman with long with hair. The Siren is bent on destroying people's happiness. She has the power to summon terrifying evil ravens.
