What is "Songs of War?"
"Songs of War" is a fantasy Minecraft animated show on the social media platform called, "YouTube". The show has 10 episodes with one season, with the final two seasons sadly being cancelled and never being finished. The animation was made by the YouTube channel called "Squared Media" which is a Minecraft animation company that has made other animated shows like, "Steve and Alex Life" and "Animation Life".
The Plot of "Songs of War" is a very interesting one:
The series takes place on the fictional world of Ardonia, home to a species known as the Ardoni who have to the power to wield objects known as the Songs, which grant them unique abilities. Other species in Ardonia include Humans, Felinas, and Magnorites, all of which are seen prominently in the series.
The first season of Songs of War follows three main plotlines with its three main protagonists:
The Ardoni storyline, focusing on a young clanless Ardoni named Senn along with his mentor Thalleous Sendaris, as they journey to stop the exiled Voltaris clan from rising to power and destroying the other Ardoni clans. Later episodes added a Magnorite named Igneous as another main character.
The Dragon Stone storyline, focusing on a young farmer named Abbigail along with her dog Sam as she ventures out into the world to stop two mercenaries named Jalkar and Grim from stealing a mysterious Ender Dragon Egg.
The Necromancer storyline, focusing on a former criminal named Lucan along with a lone Felina (and potential love interest) named Niika as they go on a journey to foil an attempted uprising of the Necromancers.
How will this work as a fan-dub?
Songs of War is obviously not mine, and is owned by "Squared Media" this is merely only a fan-dub of the 10 episodes of Season 1, and credits to the original creators will be presented. This is an unpaid project, and is only for fun and is made to support the real show and company that made it, and is made to support the fandom, and to even give some huge fans a chance to become the characters that they love.
When the audio of everyone's lines will eventually be submitted to me ( information on that will be posted soon ) I will eventually edit and submit the voice audio's over the actual animation made by "Squared Media" and when finished, I will eventually post it on my YouTube channel, called "GoodBlueBloxz" where I will credit all of you wonderful voice actors and credit the real and actual creators of the actual show in the description of the video. Once again, this is only for FUN, and I plan to also make fun bloopers if I have time, and some fun discord calls of all of us together.
What are the requirements and how will I send my voice over audio's to you?
Simple requirements will include:
1. A decent microphone
2. No or little noise in the background
3. Your best impression of the character you want to voice act as
4. Must have Discord for contact and more information
5. Any app to record your voice over audio (Ex. OBS Studio)
6. Contact Media to send your audio to me (Ex. Discord, YouTube, Business Email)
Extra Information
I will say this one final time, this is only a fan made project. This is made for fun, I will not expect perfection. This is only for the fandom and to give fans a chance to voice act as the characters that they love, and is made to support the company "Squared Media" the company that has made the real show, called, "Songs of War".
If all or most of us have time, I would love all of you to get to know each other, and we will have at least one fun discord call of all of us together and chatting. Everyone has their own things to do in their life however, and as a student in High School, this might take a while, but I will do my best to make it all work out in the end. Have fun, everyone!
