Prince’s Paradise Vocal Group

I am are currently casting singers for a 7-member male vocal group connected to the original animated series Prince’s Paradise.

Each singer will provide the singing voice for one of the seven princes and become that character’s primary vocalist for original group songs, character songs, and other music released for the project.

The group will have a dark, high-energy K-pop inspired sound, taking inspiration from performance-heavy groups such as Stray Kids.

Expect music involving:

• electronic and hip-hop production

• Rap and rhythmic vocal sections

• Darker and more experimental tracks

• Emotional melodic songs/B-sides

• Individual character songs and solos

You do not need to sound like an existing K-pop idol. I’m looking for distinct voices that can give each prince his own musical identity.

I’m looking for:

* decent-quality recording setup with minimal background noise

* Be willing to take direction and submit retakes when necessary

* Be able to meet reasonable recording deadlines

* Be comfortable singing in different styles

* Be willing to stay involved with the project long-term

* Be comfortable performing songs that may include English and Japanese

Japanese fluency is NOT required. Pronunciation guides/demos can be provided when necessary.

Rappers and singers who can both sing and rap are especially encouraged to audition.

Akihito is taken already. Roles are 16+ with the exception of Ren and yukito. They are 18+.
