The middle-aged father of the Huxley family. Stirling is a hard worker who carries the weight of his family (and the world) on his shoulders. He does whatever he can for everyone else around him at the cost of himself.

You weren’t blind, you just couldn’t see. Like on a clouded night when the moon is covered in shadow. The streetlamps are off, and everyone has gone to sleep. It’s so hard to see anything. Some of them might be harder to convince, but they all came out here for you.

The teenaged daughter of the Huxley family. She is a creative who enjoys running. However, she is blind to others. She relies only on herself, and hurts everyone around her due to her selfishness. When she needs to, she steps in as the big sister role to her younger brother.

It’s… They’re gone. The faceless men are gone. And the car? It’s gone, too. But why does it hurt? Why do my legs… My legs! My legs! There’s something crawling through my legs, it’s centipede-like entering my skin in my calf, twisting and curling around my legs, coming out of my thigh! Get out! Get out!
(practically sobbing): I really miss you, dad. Just last month you were picking me up from theatre. And now you’re gone.
(through tears): People already hate me. And now I’m just going to be crippled. I’ll never be able to run again, or move normally. I’m going to be even weirder than I was. I’ll never make friends again.

Stella Huxley was raised with religion, and is now lost. She attends church sometimes, but doesn't really feel any connection to it. She's still impacted by religious trauma, which has developed into self doubt and imposter syndrome. After never seeking help for Post Partum Depression, she feels a strong detachment from her kids and life. Yet all she wants is to feel the way society has told her to (and not feel bad for it)

Stella: Carter?! Carter: Mom, I had a bad dream. Stella: Another one? Oh, I’m so sorry bug. Would you like to talk about it?
(trying to act like a mother) Emily? Emily, sweety. I’m sorry to wake you so early. But I’ve got to head into work earlier today and wanted to make sure – what are you doing on the floor?

Carter Huxley is the young boy within the family. He is highly intelligent and wise beyond his years. He doesn't get along with the other kids at school, and often finds himself very alone.
Anyone capable of doing a child's voice is welcome! Regardless of gender!

(Struggling to remember): Well, I… I think it was about… Dad was in it. And he told me something I really wanted to remember. Something that would help me remember. But I… I don’t remember what it was.
(Growing angry): If he killed Dad… Then, maybe he should die. Dad didn’t deserve to die, he was just trying to be kind to us. If we hadn’t gone to ice cream then he’d still be alive.

Ms. Oaks (evil dream version): They always made fun of you for being so smart. You didn’t like playing like the other kids. I always thought you were a weird child. And now you’ve scared everyone else away from school.
Ms. Oaks: Mr. Huxley, you don’t realize what you’re doing. You’re not allowed to be here. This isn’t your place. And the more that you mess with your family like this, the harder it will be for them to move on. You’ll just keep tearing open the wounds, over and over again. And then they’ll never move on.
Hostess: It’s easier to find space for two than it is for four.

Vic: Well, I think it was a press stunt. There were so many camera crews. Even M-A-D-1 radio was there. They roped off a couple sections of the store and grabbed some footage of the two walking up and down the aisles. Then she and the mayor grabbed a couple of boxes of food and handed it to a few children that seemed to come out of nowhere.
Vic: No problem, Stella, I got you. Hey, how are you, though?
Coworker: C’mon, man. I’m tired, too, but we need to get on the same page about this.
