Project Overview
Hey Everyone,
We're building a new YouTube channel focused on long-form narrative-driven content. Each episode will be approximately 30 minutes long and will follow different characters as they go on adventures and battle various obstacles. These episodes will take place in the hit game Among us. Utilizing machinima and 2D animation to push the story forward.
Our team has a decade of experience on YouTube, with over 20million subscribers across our other channels. Long story short, we live & breathe YouTube and have a track record of success on the platform.
We're looking for talented English-speaking voice actors to join us on this journey.
ABOUT THE EPISODE
This episode is a parody of show Stranger Things. The main character is transported into the Upside Down and must survive the dangers that threaten him there, alongside his friends, while avoiding secret government agencies.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Please submit clean recordings on prosumer mics
- Feel free to cut your lines to your best/favorite takes.
- Please submit your recordings as one .wav file. We will provide you with a Google drive after casting.
- We do occasionally ask for line re-dos, but we do this sparingly and only after great consideration - we realize your time is valuable, and we won't ask for anything we can't work around in edits.
- We're looking to cast people for multiple episodes and seasons. Please indicate you're available to work on this project for the long term.

Chuck is a friend of the main character, and is a teenager. He is athletic, a baseball player, not the brightest but brave and good-hearted.
“Batters up! Come and get some. Whoo boy, home run!” (full of adrenaline)
“Are you sure you didn’t hit your head on the way here?” (concerned)
“Woah, what is this place?” (surprised)
Sam is the main character's other friend, also a teenager. She should sound tough and a bit more serious. She is bold and clever, sometimes a bit cocky.
“Time to run the gauntlet!” (full of adrenaline)
“Oh you bet I did. You guys aren’t gonna believe this.” (concerned, but excited)
“This was definitely some kind of research facility… I can’t read much of these papers though.” (thoughtful)
Looking for someone to emulate the voice of Vecna from the show.
"A long, menacing, deep growl"
“Your suffering… shall end.”
"You... are... weak..."
The Director is the head of a secretive government agency. Should sound sinister, confident, definitely a villain.
"I’m afraid you’re going to have to wait a little longer.” (sounding smug, taunting)
“Unfortunately, you’re not the one asking the questions here." (arrogant)
"Take them into holding; I’ll be interrogating these ones personally."
These are monsters from the Upside Down. Should sound scary and intimidating, mostly growling type sounds.
"Low monstrous growling, like a creature that just spotted its prey"
"Angry growling, like a creature in combat"
"A grunting sound, like a creature that was just hit by something."
