Borys Kossakowski – sound artist, sound designer, singer/songwriter, improviser inspired by folk, blues, jazz, noise, classic, minimal and ambient. 

Bio:

Together with poets Piotr Czerski and Michał Piotrowski he formed a band Towary Zastępcze, that performed as a sextet with Sławomir Draczyński (b), Jakub Świątek (dr) i Jarek Marciszewski (g) (currently – trio Popsysze). Founder and leader of Sunday Pagans (Anna Szuchiewicz, Zuzanna Ostrowska (v), Jacek Prościński (dr), Michał Goran Miegoń/Radovan Jacuniak (b)). He performed and recorded as well with: Karol Schwarz All Stars and LiPaLi Acoustic.

Performed live on: OFF Festival, Open’er Festival, European Poet of Freedom, Przegląd Piosenki Aktorskiej, Open Source Art Festival, SpaceFest, Rock Lottery (Seattle). Author of multimedia project Conrad’s Alphabet.

2006-2010 worked in Klub Zak as a curator of Jazz Jantar Festival
2010-2016 he was a journalist of trojmiasto.pl web service and correspondent of Jazz Forum magazine
2007-2011 one of the leaders of Nasiono Records music collective
