They were fantastic and can make amazing scrips on the spot as well as follow one perfectly, has an amazing emotional voice, and is very willing to commit and even helped me out a lot. (Very funny too)

As somebody I know personally and helped get into voice acting, I'd honestly consider him pretty good. He's passionate about voice acting, never causes any problems with the people he's working with, has a great mic, good at improv and line delivery, and is just an overall good voice actor to have on your project.
