Eliza Jane Schneider is a brilliant teacher and dialectologist. You learn how to learn accents from the inside out.
Learning from the pros about how to embody a character and how to apply accent to copy has given me the facility to be able to authentically perform accents such as British RP, Russian (Moscow), Rhotic and non Rotic US Southern (Mountain/Plantation) and Trans-Atlantic/Mid-Atlantic.
Rates depend on what the work is and how it will be used. I use the Voice Acting Club rate guide (https://www.voiceactingclub.com/rates/) or the GVAA rate guide (https://globalvoiceacademy.com/gvaa-rate-guide-2/) and as a guidelines but will work with creators to find something that works for both of us.
